By using SnapMacro you agree to these terms. The app is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.

Not medical advice

SnapMacro is a general wellness and tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie, macro and protein targets, coach messages and calculators are informational. They are not medical, dietetic or nutritional advice. Speak with a qualified health professional, and your prescriber if you take medication such as a GLP-1 drug, before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.

Estimates

Nutrition values from photos are AI estimates and can be wrong. They may differ substantially from actual values. You can and should edit them. We make no promise of accuracy, and no promise of any weight or health outcome. Coach messages are AI-generated and may contain mistakes.

Subscriptions

• SnapMacro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Price, length and any free trial are shown before you buy, in the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Free use and limits

Free use includes a limited number of AI requests per day. Pro has a higher daily limit that exists to prevent abuse. We may change limits, features or prices, and price changes follow Apple's rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated access, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass limits or security, or uploading content you have no right to or that is unlawful. Only upload photos you are entitled to share.

Your data

Your data stays yours. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is". The AI service may be slow, change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact
